Interland is an adventure-packed online game that makes learning about digital safety and citizenship interactive and fun.
Students will help battle naughty internet users by practicing the skills needed to be good digital citizens. The concept consists of players (cute little androids) exploring four floating islands(Google Colors, of course): Kind Kingdom, Reality River, Mindful Mountain, and Tower of Treasure. Each island features a different mini game with a different Internet lesson.
Interland is part of Google’s Be Internet Awesome Program, which teaches younger students the nitty-gritties of doing what it takes to be digital citizen. It provides parents and educators with resources to help students navigate the Internet and any online interactions.
